Deep Creek

Deep Creek is a deed-restricted community located in Southwest Florida, and is part of Charlotte County. A newer community and many of the homes are less than 15 years old. Sandhill Boulevard divides Deep Creek into two sections, Section 20 to the north and Section 23 to the south. Each section has it’s own Property Owners Association, Board of Directors, and set of deed restrictions.

Deep Creek was laid out so that all lots border open space called “greenbelts” which are maintained by the Homeowners Association. Many homes are on freshwater lakes or canals. Section 20 consists of single-family homes only.

Deep Creek residents enjoy beautiful weather year-round. Residents find themselves close to everything that Southwest Florida has to offer. Deep Creek residents are never far from golfing, swimming, boating, fishing, sailing, shelling, skiing or just wandering on a sandy shore. Fine dining, shopping and entertainment can be found in locally, as well as in nearby Fort Myers and Sarasota. Deep Creek is just off I-75 and is also in close proximity to airports in Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Myers.
